In this session, we will discuss the challenges of making and maintaining professional relationships that will lead to meaningful work in the future. We will also discuss how to incorporate social media strategies into your networking.

 Jonathan Turner. 

Jonathan Turner is a Career Educator at UofT’s Career Exploration & Education. He works primarily with graduate students and postdocs to help them explore what careers align with their academic experiences, to develop strategies, and to apply for positions. He co-founded and is the Past Chair of a national organization devoted to supporting graduate student and postdoctoral development. He has a BA in Philosophy and History from York University, a BSc in Physics from the University of Waterloo, and an MA and PhD in History and Philosophy of Science and Technology from UofT.
