The University Consulting Group (UCG) is officially recruiting for the Winter Term Engagement. The student-run consulting group serves as a platform for students with different backgrounds to gain experience in solving real life challenges, while providing non-profit organizations access to quality professional advisory services. Selected students will serve as consultants for a 10-week project during the Winter Term, and will be placed on teams supporting non-profit organizations. There will be training and support from industry professionals throughout the engagement project.

The 10-week Winter Term will begin on January 26th and will conclude in April. Typically, every member is expected to dedicate 10 hours per week for the duration of the engagement.

Please submit a 1-page Resume, and your answers to the following questions:

1. Why are you interested in management consulting? (200 words max.)

2. What can you bring to the team to help address concerns faced by non-profit and charitable organizations? (200 words max.)

3. Give an example in which you had to work in a team to overcome a challenge (200 words max.)
